Privacy notice

Heatwave Volleyball is a program of Dripping Springs Sports Club ("DSSC"). This notice covers the interest form on heatwaveatx.com.

What we collect

What you type into the form: your name, email, phone (optional), city, the player's name and graduation year, club and team, level, the sessions you're interested in, how you heard about us, and any message. We also note the page link you arrived from.

How we use it

To send you Heatwave news: lead coaches, session dates, and when applications open. If you tick the texting box, we may also text you those updates; reply STOP at any time to opt out. We don't sell or share your details with anyone outside DSSC and DS Elite Volleyball, other than the services we use to store data and send email and texts.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it.

Your choices

Every email has a reply address. Email drew@drippingsportsclub.com to see, change or delete your details, or to come off the list.
